What is CAPS?

The CAPS is a program is not a law firm nor are we attorney but our program is designed to assist people with special driver license issues needed to regain their Florida driving privilege. We specialize in helping (1) people whose license has been revoked for 5 years as Habitual Traffic Offender; (2) individuals whose license are suspended of traffic accident which resulted in a financial judgement against the person; and (3) persons whose license are suspended due to accumulation of points.

Who is eligible?
CAPS is open to anyone who is party to a case, filing a case or action in a case, and wants to agree to the structured plan and all the prescribed consquences.

What does it cost to enroll?
On each case, there will be a minimum $25.00 one-time administrative fee assessed for review and evaluation of the individual's case. If the client meets the criteria for enrollment, an additional fee will be charged based upon the complexity of the individual case, the amount of the research required, and the amount of a hired attorney representation needed.

What will be the amount of payments and how many payments will there be?
The plan will be structured by CAPS; based on the total amount of the assessment owed and the administrative fee added to the total for each case. You will be provided with a payment schedule showing the amount and die date of each payment, and the remaining balance of your contract. Payments can be arranged on either weekly or bi-weekly schedules.

What happened if my payment is late or if I miss a payment?
If any payment is late, incomplete or you miss a payment without a valid reason or without contacting CAPS prior to your payments due date, you will be charged a late fee and your drivers license could be suspended and any citation will be unpaid and you will be responsible for the total cost of your citations. If your license is suspended for non-payment, you will not be allowed to re-enter into the CAPS program.
