Consultation Agreement
It is with great pleasure that
I welcome you to the CAPS program which is not a law firm nor
are we attorney. I tell you that we could not be happier that
you have selected our program to assist you in all traffic matters
related to our license. Your business is much appreciated and
we will do our very best to continue to meet your needs. Due
to the research of each client case, we are requiring that each
client pay a $25.00 administrative fee upon appointments.
CAPS have implemented a $30.00
late fee charge for each payment not received that Friday. This
late fee will be applied to your current payment and must be
paid by an arranged payment date. As a result, we would like
to encourage you to continue making your payments on time. Please
be advised that after the second late or non-payment your drivers
license will be re-suspended unless special arrangements have
been made prior to the non or late payments being missed.
In an effort to continue
to provide you with the best quality service we advise that
all clients please call or write and provide us with any updated
information due to your case. If we do not have any updated
information and we try to contact you about your case and you
do not call us or come in and your payments stop coming. We
will not be responsible if you receive any type of information
about your license being suspended, revoked, or habitualized
you are responsible to let us know if you moved or changed your
number.
We are looking forward to meeting with you to discuss your first
payment. We would like to encourage you to make your payments
on time. It is indeed our pleasure to have you as a client and
we look forward to helping you achieve in the process of restoring
your driving privileges.
